Regarding Shuttle Bus Reservations for the 2026–27 Winter Season
Reservations for all winter-season shuttle buses will open from September 15, 2026, through April 4, 2027.
Please note that shuttle bus operating times may change depending on airline schedules, JR timetable revisions, and other factors.
【Important Notice】If you need to cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations made more than 180 days after the reservation (payment) date cannot be refunded through the reservation system. In such cases, please contact us by email, and we will process your refund via bank transfer to the designated account.
Please note that this procedure may take approximately four weeks to complete.
Additionally, bank transfer fees will be settled in Japanese yen, and any differences in exchange rates cannot be covered by our company. Thank you for your understanding.
