■Cancellation Fees
The cancellation policy for IHR chartered shuttle buses operating from April 2026 onwards will change.
・Cancellation between 7 days prior to departure and on the day of travel: 30% of the fare
・Cancellation after departure or no-show: 100% of the fare
Please be advised that you are applying with prior understanding.

■Regarding Reservations
The bus reservation system differs for bookings made before 31 March 2026 and those made on or after 1 April 2026.
Until 31 March 2026 / Please make the bus reservation and enter your hotel reservation number via the IHR charter bus reservation website. (Membership registration as an IHR member is required to make a reservation.)
From 1 April 2026 onwards／ please ensure all required details are entered and make your reservation via the new IHR Charter Bus Appi Shuttle Bus booking site.
