Our course at Appi Kogen offers a great mix of open terrain, forest and technical shots across the picturesque backdrop of Appi’s countryside.
Whether you’re looking for casual fun with friends or a new competitive hobby, give it a try – you’ll be hooked after your first throw!

Disc rentals and purchases are available at APPI ExPlore (ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen 1F).

How to Participate

Please enjoy it on-site after registration at APPI ExPlore (ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen 1F).
If you would like to rent a disc, we will give you the disc at the reception.
Please return it to APPI ExPlore after completion.

Sports Club Olympia “Indoor Swimming Pool”

Sports Club Olympia's heated indoor pool is located on the first floor of ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen, and all areas facing the outside are glass-walled and open. You can spend a comfortable time while looking at the green plateau in summer and the slopes in winter. There is also a jacuzzi and deck chairs, so you can spend a relaxing resort time.

APPI 1304 Gondola Cruise

The gondola ride takes about 15 minutes. From the gondola summit station, follow the promenade to the summit of Mt.Maemori, which is 1,304m above sea level.
From the summit you can enjoy a magnificent spring panorama of the secondary beech forest below, as well as Mt. Iwate, Mt. Hachimantai, Mt. Nanashigure, and Mt. Himekami.
And sometimes you can see a fantastic sea of clouds.
