APPI 1304 Gondola Cruise (Golden Week)

The gondola ride takes about 15 minutes. From the gondola summit station, follow the promenade to the summit of Mt.Maemori, which is 1,304m above sea level.
From the summit you can enjoy a magnificent spring panorama of the secondary beech forest below, as well as Mt. Iwate, Mt. Hachimantai, Mt. Nanashigure, and Mt. Himekami.
And sometimes you can see a fantastic sea of clouds.
The APPI Gondola was once ranked 4th nationwide in the “Best Scenic-Value Ropeways” category of the “NIKKEI Plus 1 Everything Ranking” by Nikkei Inc., out of over 100 ropeways and gondolas across Japan!
