Regarding Delivery Service to Hotels in Appi Kogen

1. Sending parcels

Parcels can be sent to each hotel’s designated delivery counter. On your check‑in day, please bring the sender’s copy of the delivery slip and present it when collecting your items.
Please note that the delivery counter inside the Appi Kogen Ski Resort is currently not in operation.
Guests who are not staying at the resort but wish to send or receive parcels may use the following location:

● When sending parcels, it will be smoother if you include the following information on the delivery slip:
