- In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply
- Cancellation on the day before the date of use 2,000 yen per person (tax included)
- Cancellation on the day of use 3,000 yen per person (tax included)
- The above cancellation fee will be charged to the room of the representative.
