Shiratsuyu

Shiratsuyu, a Japanese-French restaurant, is an innovative local cuisine fusion of local and Western cuisines. Based on the concept of “Farm to Table,” guests can enjoy a creative menu featuring specially selected ingredients and Sanriku seafood. For the main course, we offer coveted ingredients that will make gourmets drool, such as Sanriku abalone, scallops, Maesawa beef, and Appi Kogen Takumi’s Prime Pork®. We offer multiple cooking methods to suit each ingredient and actively provide a menu brimming with originality.

The pillars designed based on the concept of a valley in the forest, objects designed based on the concept of the nature of Hachimantai and Appi Kogen, and the interior design that weaves regional colors with displays of local Iwate traditional crafts, provide a soothing experience that will melt your heart in an exclusive space.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows

Cancellation on the day before the date of use 10,000 yen per group (tax included)
Cancellation on the day of use: 20,000 yen per group (tax included)

Non-guests and guests who are staying at the hotel and have not made a dinner reservation need to make a reservation in advance.
