Snow Snap

Snow Snap is a photography and videography service for groups doing activities in Appi Kogen.
Staff will work with the group to capture the activity using Insta360.
It is ideal for groups who want to record their day of enjoying APPI with friends as it is.
We offer 1-hour and 4-hour shooting plans.

Itinerary

Please check in at the APPI ExPlore on the 1st floor of the Tower Wing of the ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your visit.
*If the reception time is overdue, the shooting time may be shortened or the shooting may not be conducted.
Staff will work with the group to capture the activity using Insta360.
The photographed and edited data will be delivered in one of the following ways
Please select your preferred method at the time of booking.

(1) Gigafile Mail (downloaded by customer)
After the photo is taken, we will send you the URL for downloading.
Please download the data within 5 days of transmission in your own communication environment.
*If you are accessing from overseas, downloading may not be possible or may take a long time due to the communication environment or security settings.

(2) Delivery by USB memory stick (charged) 16GB: 1,200 yen/JPY, 32GB:1,400 yen
A USB memory stick is available for purchase and will be delivered with the transfer of the shooting data.
For those who want to receive data reliably, or for customers coming from overseas, we recommend that they receive the data on a USB flash drive.

Conditions of Participation
This service is a photography service within APPI Snow Mountain Resort Resort, hotel facilities, and related areas.
For safety reasons, no photography will be conducted in the off-limits area or tree run zone.
While we will take every precaution to ensure safety during filming, please understand that due to the nature of the activities and transportation involved, whether outdoors or indoors, accidents, injuries, and damage to equipment and personal belongings may occur.
We are not responsible for any of these.
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If a minor is not accompanied by a parent or guardian, or if the minor leaves during the session, we will refuse or cancel the photo shoot.
Parents/guardians are responsible for all safety and behavior during participation.
For your safety, please follow the instructions of the photographer and staff members while shooting.
If you do not follow the instructions, or if you are found to be acting in violation of ski resort rules, we may stop filming for safety reasons.
Please note that no refunds will be made in such cases.
Although we take every precaution in filming, editing, and data storage, there is a possibility that data may be damaged or lost due to factors beyond our control, such as equipment trouble, communication failure, or malfunction of recording media.
In such cases, please understand that we will not be able to resupply, refund, or otherwise compensate for the photographed data.

If the gondola is out of service, this service will be cancelled for safety reasons.
In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. The Company will make a decision on whether or not to cancel a reservation based on the ski resort’s operating conditions on the day of the cancellation.
The reception desk on the day of the event will be located on the 1st floor of the ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen Tower Building, “Explore.
Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the registration time, the shooting time may be shortened or the event may not be held.
If you would like to rent clothes, skis or snowboards, please come to the registration desk after you have finished renting and changing your clothes.
Cancellation of a reservation after it has been made may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with the following regulations. Please understand this in advance.
