Cancellation Fee

In the event that a reservation is cancelled for the customer’s convenience, the following cancellation fees will apply
Cancellation on the day before the date of use 5,000 JPY per group (tax included)
Cancellation on the day of use: 10,000 JPY per group (tax included)
The above cancellation fee will be charged to the room of the representative.
